FRUIT PIZZA

1 pkg. sugar cookie mix

Mix as directed. Spread in pan pizza. Bake until brown or for 10 minutes.

Spread: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sugar

Cream together until smooth and creamy; spread on cool cookie crust. 1 med. can peaches 3 kiwis 2 bananas 1 sm. frozen strawberries

GLAZE:

Pineapple juice & water to equal 1 c.
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together. Boil until thick and clear. Pour over fruit while hot.
