SPINACH DIP 
1 pt. sour cream (can use light)
1 c. Miracle Whip light
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knor dry vegetable soup mix
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 can water chestnuts, sliced

Cook spinach per package directions. Drain and squeeze as much water from spinach as possible. After spinach cools, mix together with remaining ingredients. Chill in refrigerator for a couple of hours. May be served in hollowed out loaf of rye bread or with crackers and vegetables.
