BRISKET IN LIQUID SMOKE 
4-6 lb. beef brisket
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 tsp. onion salt
1 bottle liquid smoke
2 or 3 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. celery salt

Mix ingredients and rub into trimmed meat. Seal in foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake with fat side up at 225-250 for 6 to 8 hours. Let set 1 hour before slicing.
