DEE'S LEMON BREAD 
1/3 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
rind of 1 lemon, finely chopped
1/2 c. nuts

Glaze:

1/3 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon

Mix oil, sugar, and eggs in bowl with mixer. Add dry ingredients and milk.

Mix well. Add lemon rind and nuts. Mix thoroughly.

Bring to boil sugar and lemon juice. Cool. Poke holes in warm bread with toothpick and pour glaze over bread.
