PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 
1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Spoon flour into measuring cup. In a large bowl combine all bar ingredients, blend at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of prepared pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle immediately with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes, spread evenly to cover. In a small bowl combine remaining glaze ingredients, drizzle over chocolate frosting. Cool completely. Makes 36 bars.

FROSTING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
3 to 5 tsp. milk

Combine.
