CHICKEN WITH HERB SEASONINGS 
2 whole boneless, skinless, chicken breasts split (4 pieces)
1 1/2-2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 c. 2nd nature egg substitute

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 12 inch casserole with Pam. Pour 2nd nature into medium sized bowl. Dredge chicken pieces into egg mixture.

In separate bowl pour 1 1/2 to 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mixture. Dip "egg" coated chicken into dry stuffing mix, coating both sides. Put all coated pieces into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, turning once. Great alternative for fried chicken lovers. Serves 4.
