QUICK TO FIX LASAGNE 
9 strips Martha Gooch Lasagne
32 oz. prepared spaghetti sauce
15 oz. Ricotta dry curd or drained cottage cheese
12 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

In greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan, place small amount of spaghetti sauce. Place three strips of uncooked lasagne, lengthwise, spread with 1/3 Ricotta cheese and 1/3 Mozzarella cheese; repeat layering process twice. Sprinkle Romano cheese across the top. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. If desired 1/2 pound hamburger can be added to prepared spaghetti sauce and continue as directed above.
