1 lg. bag spinach
1 lg. onion
1 c. chopped celery
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 lb. cooked bacon
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. horseradish
Paprika
1 tbsp. lemon rind
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing ingredients together and set aside. Mix salad ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and mix lightly.
