BREAD PUDDING 
4 c. milk
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
3 to 4 handfuls of bread (any kind)
Cinnamon

SAUCE:

1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
Whiskey to taste

Mix ingredients as listed. Tear bread up to make soggy but not thick. Spray pan with Pam. Sprinkle raisins on bottom of pan. Pour in bread pudding. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Put 3 to 4 pats of butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour.

SAUCE: Melt butter. Add sugar until smooth. Set to cool. Add beaten egg slowly and stir fast. Add whiskey to taste. Pour over bread pudding when cooked.
