STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM JELLO 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 mashed bananas
8 oz. carton sour cream
Cool Whip (optional)

Mix the 2 packages Jello with boiling water. Cool 5 to 10 minutes, then add the two packages frozen strawberries, mixing until strawberries are almost thawed. Add pineapple and mashed bananas. Mix well. Spread 1/2 of this Jello mixture in 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Let set in refrigerator. Cover with sour cream. Add remaining Jello mixture on top of sour cream. Place in refrigerator to set. Serve with Cool Whip on top if wanted.
