ENGLISH TOFFEE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1-1/2 8-oz. bars milk chocolate

Put butter, sugars and margarine in an electric fry pan at about 400°F, stirring constantly. When at a free boil, boil for 9 minutes. Pour onto a buttered cookie sheet already covered with 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts. Finely chop 1-1/2 8-oz. bars of milk chocolate and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate. When set, break into pieces. Recipe is easy -- timing critical.
