2 cans sliced peaches
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Butter a baking dish. Pour peaches in baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches. Put chopped nuts on cake mix. Melt butter and pour over top.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
