STEAMED OYSTERS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
2 pt. shucked oysters with liquid
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley

Melt butter in skillet or saucepan. Add milk and liquid from oysters. Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Heat, but do not boil. Add oysters. Cook for 5 minutes or until the edges curl. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 6.
