3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. horseradish
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper

Melt butter. Add flour and mustard and stir. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add horseradish.
