BANANA PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 to 4 extra-ripe, med. bananas, peeled
1 c. pumpkin, cooked & mashed
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
5 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. walnuts, chopped

Slice bananas into blender; blend until pureed (2 cups). Combine bananas, pumpkin, eggs and sugar in mixer bowl. Beat in oil. Combine remaining ingredients, except walnuts. Beat into banana mixture until just blended. Stir in walnuts. Pour into 3 greased (8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch) loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven, 50 to 60 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn onto wire racks to complete cooling. Makes 3 loaves.
