2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. butter
1 c. quick oats
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. BLAIR cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine applesauce and butter in a saucepan. Heat until butter is melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in oats; set aside. Beat together sugars, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir in oat mixture; sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; add to mixture. Pour into a greased 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
