REFRIGERATOR RAISED DOUGHNUTS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. warm milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix milk, butter, sugar, salt and eggs. Add yeast mixture and flour. Work dough well. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out and cut with doughnut cutter. Let rise for 2 hours. Fry in hot, 375 degrees, fat. Sugar while warm.
