GARDSTON CHEESE CHOWDER 
1 pt. chicken broth
1 pt. evaporated milk
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. carrots, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. Cheeze Whiz
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute celery, onion, carrots in butter until softened. Add flour until well mixed, stirring continuously. Add paprika, white pepper, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth. Heat over low heat. Add milk, stirring until smooth. Add Cheese Whiz and Worcestershire sauce, stirring smooth until Cheeze Whiz is melted. Heat until hot but do not boil.
