MICROWAVE ESCALLOPED POTATOES | |
3/4 c. milk 1 can cream of mushroom soup OR 1 can cream of celery soup 4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/8" thick 1 c. cheese, grated 1/2 sm. onion, chopped Combine milk and soup in a 2-quart microwave casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Stir and microwave another 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serves about eight. |
