MICROWAVE ESCALLOPED POTATOES 
3/4 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup OR
1 can cream of celery soup
4 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced about 1/8" thick
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 sm. onion, chopped

Combine milk and soup in a 2-quart microwave casserole. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Cover and microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Stir and microwave another 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serves about eight.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
