ICE CREAM PIE 
1 frozen pie shell
3 oz. pkg. black raspberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream (optional)

Bake pie shell according to directions. Dissolve Jello in water, then stir in ice cream and chill for about 20 minutes. Pour into cooled pie shell and refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream, if desired, or plain.

VARIATION: Strawberry Jello, ice cream and sliced strawberries.
