5 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable corn oil 1 c. dry red wine 3 tbsp. baking powder In large bowl put sifted flour. Add sugar, baking powder and mix. Add oil and wine. Mix well. Knead slightly. Pinch about 1 to 2 tablespoons dough. roll and make circle. Pinch ends together. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheet. Remove and cool on rack. |
