PUMPKIN BREAD 
1/3 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 of a 1 lb. can pumpkin (No spices added)
1/3 c. water
1 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. raisins

Cream sugar and shortening together until fluffy. Stir in already beaten eggs, pumpkin and water. Sift dry ingredients. Blend them into the mixture. Stir in the raisins.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes in 2 medium loaf pans.
