2/3 c. non-fat dry milk powder 1 c. water 16 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate 1. In a large bowl mix together the non fat dry milk powder and water. 2. Add frozen juice concentrate. Stir until well mixed. 3. Pour into 3 ounce paper cups. Place in freezer for 1 hour. 4. Insert a wooden stick or a plastic spoon into each popsicle and return to freezer for at least 1 more hour. HINT: Wooden sticks may be washed and re- used. Makes 6 popsicles, 87 calories each. |
