QUICK RICE SIDE DISH OR STUFFING 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. minute rice
1 can Campbell's onion soup
1/4 c. water
1 can sliced mushrooms
Or 3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (reserve juice)
Salt & pepper to taste

Put butter in frying pan to melt. Add rice, water and onion soup. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. If more moisture is needed, add juice from canned mushrooms or a little more water. This recipe can be expanded to stuff a twenty pound turkey.
