SUMMER CHICKEN SALAD 
Spinach leaves
1 (5 oz.) can Swanson chunk chicken, drained
1 c. cut-up mixed fruit (orange, strawberries and nectarines)
1/4 c. celery, sliced
1 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. sliced green onions
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 tsp. orange juice
Orange slices and whole strawberries

On serving tray, arrange spinach leaves. Put chicken chunks, mixed fruits, celery, almonds and onions on leaves. Mix mayonnaise and orange juice in cup, drizzle over tray mixture. Garnish with orange slices and whole strawberries. Serves 2 people.
