COCONUT CREAM DESSERT 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. 10x sugar
2 pkgs. coconut cream instant pudding
8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip

First layer: melt butter in cake pan. Sprinkle in flour (mix in cake pan). Bake for 18 minutes or until brown.

Second Layer: Mix together cream cheese and 10x sugar and pour into crust.

Third Layer: Mix the packs of pudding and three cups milk.

Fourth Layer: Put the Cool Whip on and sprinkle with fresh coconut.
