AUNT SUSIE'S CLAM CHOWDER 
1/3 lb. bacon, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3 boiled potatoes, diced
1 ear fresh corn, cut off cob
1 qt. milk
2 cans clams
Handful if Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown bacon, onion, carrots, and potatoes until potatoes are lightly brown. Add corn, clams, milk, parsley, salt and pepper and simmer until heated through.
