PEANUT BUTTER PIE WITH PRETZEL
CRUST
 
Pretzel Crust:

3/4 c. finely crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine the pretzels, sugar and melted butter, mixing well. Press firmly onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool on a rack.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 large container Cool Whip

Mix the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter together in food processor. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into the cooled Pretzel Crust and chill 2 to 3 hours.

Serves 6.
