PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1/2 c. (7 tbsp.) peanut butter
1/2 c. honey (consider using part molasses)
1 c. toasted wheat germ
2 tbsp. powdered milk

Mix ingredients well, into balls, then roll into coconut (optional) or pat flat in a pan as for fudge. Refrigerate. Variation: Press between 2 squares of Chex cereal.
