SWISS STEAK 
1 inch thick round steak
Flour
Salt & pepper
Kitchen Bouquet
Minced celery, onion, green pepper, garlic
Water
1 can of thick tomato puree
Fresh mushrooms, sliced

Cut round steak into pieces. Dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Brown and place in Dutch oven. Add water to cover and 1 teaspoon of kitchen bouquet. Add minced celery, onion, green pepper and garlic. Add a can of thick tomato puree and fresh, sliced mushrooms. Cover and bake in oven, 275 degrees for 5 hours. Can be served over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
