CORN PUDDING | |
1 can cream style corn 2 egg yolks 2 egg whites 1/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 c. half and half cream 1/4 stick butter Mix sugar and flour; add cream and beaten egg yolks. Add sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to mixture. Put butter on top. Bake in a casserole (greased) dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. After 10 minutes in oven, stir thoroughly. |
