BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 lb. beef boneless sirloin steak
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tsp. browning sauce
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/8" slices onion, separated into rings
1 sm. clove garlic, finely chopped
4 mushrooms
Snipped parsley
1 1/2 c. hot cooked noodles

For ease in cutting, freeze sirloin steak about 20 minutes. Cut beef a across grain into 1 1/2" x 1/4" strips. Place beef, water, butter, bouillon (dry), browning sauce, pepper, onion and garlic in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (275 watts), stirring until beef is tender, 4 to 7 minutes. Stir in mushrooms.

Cover tightly and microwave 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 minutes. stir in sour cream thoroughly. Cover tightly and microwave just until hot, 45 to 60 seconds. Sprinkle with parsley; serve hot over noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
