1 c. vinegar 1 c. water 1 c. sugar Add mixed pickling spices in jar as you seal, approximately 1 teaspoon to a quart. Put beets in jar. Add spices. Heat vinegar, water, and sugar. Pour over beets in jars. Makes 5 pints. | |
