COUNTRY HAM CHOWDER | |
1 1/2 c. cooked cubed ham 1/2 c. sliced onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 c. chicken noodle soup 1 1/2 soup cans water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 c. diced raw potatoes In a large saucepan, brown ham and cook onion in butter until tender. Add soups gradually, stir in water and add vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally. Serves 6. |
