JEFF'S MARINADE FOR MEAT 
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/3 c. lemon juice

Combine all in blender or jar to shake until well mixed. Pour into large heavy zip lock bag, add meat, set all in some sort of container (just in case). Turn every few hours. Marinade all day or overnight.
