STRING BEANS GLORIFIED 
4 c. cooked string beans
4 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tsp. garlic or onion juice
1 c. chopped celery
4 1/2 tsp. flour
4 1/2 tsp. butter

Season string beans to taste and bring to boiling point. Blend flour and butter together; add to cold seasoning tomato juice, bring slowly to boil, stir constantly until thickly creamed. Add garlic or onion juice. Combine beans and creamed tomato juice. Bring to boiling point. Add celery just before removing from heat.
