SESAME KAAK 
1 c. melted Crisco
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. mazzaher (orange blossom water)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sesame seeds

Mix egg, milk, Crisco, and mazzaher. Add flour, sugar, and baking powder. Combine to make firm dough. Divide into 4 balls. Roll on floured board into ropes approximately 1/2 inch diameter. Cut into 6 inch strips. Fold in half and twist. Brush with sugar and water mixture. Dip into seam seeds. Place in greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
