1 c. Karo syrup
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 c. cornflakes or Special K's
1 pkg. chocolate chips

In saucepan, combine syrup, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Add peanut butter. Pour over cornflakes or Special K's in large bowl. Mix together. Press into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips and put on top. Cool and cut into squares.
