SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
4 oz. med. noodles
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
1/3 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. chow mein noodles

Cook noodles according to package directions. Mix shrimp soup, milk, mayonnaise, celery, salt, shrimp, cheese and cooked noodles. Bake uncovered in a 1 1/2 quart casserole, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Top with chow mein noodles.
