1 lb. ground beef

Brown and drain. Add:

1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (42 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1-2 potatoes, cubed

Boil and simmer 1 hour.
