BUTTER HORNS 
1 cake yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. melted butter
5 c. flour

Cream yeast, 1 tablespoons sugar and eggs until liquid. Stir in 1/2 cup sugar, salt and water. Mix in melted butter, add flour. Mix don't use electric mixer.

Refrigerate dough overnight. Divide into 3 pieces. Roll out like pie crusts, approximately 1/2 inch thick. Spread with melted butter. Cut as you do pie, roll up from large end to form crescent. Let rise 3 hours. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees about 10 minutes.
