1 (18 oz.) spice cake mix without pudding
1 (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. nutmeg

Mix above ingredients 3-4 minutes. Bake in greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn out onto wire rack or serving plate. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar or top with a glaze or frosting, such as mocha (coffee) flavored frosting.
