CHERRY PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 lg. can unsweetened cherries
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Drain cherries. Put juice in medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Add sugar mixture and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and add butter and cherries. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
