ORANGE-COCONUT SALAD 
3 oranges, pared and sliced
Crisp lettuce
1/2 c. moist coconut
French dressing

Arrange orange slices to overlap on a bed of lettuce. Put a fluff of coconut in center. Serve with French dressing. 5 servings.

Variation: A little grated or very thinly sliced onion combined with the orange is a daring but pleasing addition, and a few slivers of green pepper, a pretty garnish.
