PINA COLADA CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines Golden Butter cake mix 1 lg. can crushed pineapple 1 can shredded coconut 1 (6 oz.) can cream of coconut (Coco Casa by Holland House) 8 oz. carton Cool Whip 1 can sweetened condensed milk Bake cake as directed in sheet cake pan. Let cool. Spread condensed milk over cake, let soak in then spread Coca Casa over cake, let soak in. Next spread crushed pineapple over cake. Refrigerate. When chilled, spread Cool Whip over cake then sprinkle with coconut. Serves 15-18. |
