3 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. cinnamon (opt.)
Dash of Tabasco
4 c. pecans

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Melt butter. Add seasonings. Put pecans in a large bowl. Gently toss in butter until all nuts are coated. Spread on a large cookie sheet. Turn once after 15 minutes. Watch them closely because they burn easily.
