COUNTRY CLUB EGGS 
9 slices bread, cubed
8 eggs
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. crumbled cooked bacon (or 2 c. cubed ham or cooked crumbled sausage)
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 stick butter

In bowl, beat eggs and add milk and dry mustard, salt and pepper, beat well. In 13 x 9 inch greased pan, place half of cubed bread in bottom of pan. Next put bacon (or other meat) evenly over bread, then pour egg mixture over top. Add remaining bread to top and sprinkle with cheese evenly. Melt butter and pour over top of entire dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
