3 lbs. chuck roast Cook meat overnight in crock pot until tender. The next morning pull meat apart and add 1 large can of peeled tomatoes, 1 large can Ortega green chilies (27 ounce size). Cook all day in crockpot. Use onion at your discretion. Thicken juices if you like before serving. Sharp cheddar cheese Sour cream Warm tortilla; put beef into tortilla. Add shredded cheddar cheese, (sour cream if you desire). Roll up tortilla; add more cheese on the top and some sauce from the meat. |
