CRABMEAT PUFFS 
Pie pastry
1 egg white
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and cartilage removed
Salt, pepper, and paprika

Cover cookie sheet with foil. Roll out dough in 2 rounds 1/4 inch thick. Prick 2-3 times. Bake at 475 degrees 8 to 10 minutes. Before serving, set oven to broil. Beat egg white stiff; fold in mayonnaise and crab meat. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon mixture unto rounds; sprinkle with paprika. Broil 3 inches from heat or until lightly browned.
