STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
2 slices white bread
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 stalk celery, chopped
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of salt & pepper
1 tsp. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound steak very well on both sides. Break up bread, making regular bread stuffing. Chop onion and celery, add to bread with seasonings. Add water, mix all well with fingers. Spread over steak, wrap up and bind from one end to the other with white string. Spray small roasting pan with Pam. Bake 1 hour, basting with dissolved bouillon cube in water for gravy. Remove steak, thicken gravy.
